About the role
You will support the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times. Your duties may include managing customer interactions at reception, settling invoices, providing efficient service at checkouts, or collaborating with other store departments. No two days are the same, but you will find fulfillment and be at the heart of the customer experience.
You will be responsible for
Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor, ensuring all customer account due diligence is accurate and up-to-date, requiring keen attention to detail.
Creating an environment that delivers fast, efficient service, demonstrating enthusiasm and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Taking ownership of the customer service operation in the absence of the Supervisor.
You will need
