About the role
You will support the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that our customers' needs are exceeded at all times. Your responsibilities may include dealing with customers at reception, settling invoices at pay points, providing efficient service on checkouts, or working with other store departments. No two days are the same, but you will find fulfillment in being at the heart of our customer experience.
You will be responsible for
Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor in their duties, ensuring all customer account due diligence is accurate and up to date, requiring an eye for detail.
Creating an environment that delivers fast, efficient service to customers, demonstrating dynamism and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Taking ownership of the customer service operation in the absence of the Customer Service Supervisor.
You will need
Ability to lead from the front and prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and store staff.
Energy and drive to lead by example in delivering fast and efficient service.
A good eye for detail for administrative duties.
