Job summary

Booker is seeking a proactive Customer Service Assistant to support the Customer Service Supervisor and help exceed customer expectations at all times. You may greet customers at reception, settle invoices at pay points, and provide efficient service at the checkouts while coordinating with other store teams.

No two days are the same, but you will feel fulfilled knowing you are at the heart of the customer experience and helping to deliver a seamless service across departments.

You will be responsible for

Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor in their duties. This will involve ensuring that all of our due diligence relating to customer accounts are accurate and up to date so an eye for detail is essential.

Providing an environment where we deliver fast efficient service to our customers so you will be dynamic and show a real passion for customer satisfaction.

Taking ownership of the customer service operation in the absence of the Customer Service Supervisor.

You will need

An ability to lead from the front and be able to prioritise your workload.

Great communication skills as you will be dealing with our valued customers as well as other areas of the store operation.

Energy and drive so that you can lead from the front when it comes to delivering fast and efficient service.

A good eye for detail as you will be involved with various administrative duties.
