Job description

As Front of House/Client Care you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our legal teams to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service.

We’re looking for a personable, organised and proactive individual to join our Client Care team in Halesworth. This opportunity is ideal for candidates based in or near Halesworth, Norwich, Thetford, Diss and the surrounding Suffolk and Norfolk areas.

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Ensuring all calls are answered within 5 rings
  • Dealing with all enquiries efficiently passing them onto the relevant person or taking accurate messages
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning and printing documents
  • Going to the Post office and other offices to deliver post/documents
  • Processing clients’ payments
  • Assisting in other administrative tasks when required
  • Making sure the office is fully stocked and making orders in a timely manner
  • Keeping the office looking tidy at all times
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Occasionally provide cover at our other Suffolk offices

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
  • The ability to work under pressure showing commitment to your colleagues and the Firm in general
  • Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
  • PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence & own transport is essential for this role

Job Type: Full time – hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

This role could be structured to accommodate 2 candidates working part time on a job share arrangement to provide full time cover.
