You will run a section each shift, supervise front-of-house roles from waiter to food runner, coach the team and drive upselling while upholding CERU’s high standards across three Central London sites.

• Front-of-house leadership and floor-led management required.
• Strong upselling and revenue-driving ability.
• Comfortable leading multiple front-of-house roles and teams.
