We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at one of our sites in Waterbeach, CB25.

Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work with amazing clients across the UK who value great food as a key part of their culture and community. Our work spans office restaurants, independent schools, and conference venues, maintaining a high-end ethos throughout.

We are looking for a positive, honest, and reliable employee to join our friendly and hardworking team. We offer good training and prospects within our team for the right candidate.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm, 35 hours per week.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the Chef and Chef Manager with food preparation.
2. Maintaining counters and front-of-house areas to high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
3. Undertaking any necessary training to enhance the role.
4. Ensuring crockery and cutlery are clean and polished.
5. Advising customers on the menu of the day and serving food appropriately.
6. Managing till transactions with customers.
7. Developing good customer relations and promoting excellent customer care to enhance the dining experience.
