This role sits within our Business & Industry division, catering for those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, we're one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers. With menus available to pre-order and with in-app payment, Elior B&I have matched the tastes and dietary requirements of our four million daily customers with 21st-century tech.

What you'll be doing...

As a Front of House Assistant , you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
  • Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
  • Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
  • Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday
