Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring a Front of House Leader for our store in the Bristol area. You will coach and motivate shop teams, uphold Pret standards, and ensure outstanding customer service and hospitality during busy shifts.

As a pivotal in-store leader, you’ll train staff, manage performance, and keep the shop energized with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence.

Base Pay Rate:£14.10 - £14.10

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
