Pret A Manger (Europe) Ltd is hiring for a Front of House Leader to coach and mentor shop teams, maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience for every customer and supporting the team during busy periods.

Base Pay Rate: £14.55 per hour. Perks include bonus opportunities, enhanced shifts, generous annual leave, pension, healthcare, free food and drinks, and Pret Club membership.

Now, on the Front of House Leader Role… Leaders, inspirers, and drivers of their teams, our Front of House Leaders are our in-shop champions, coaching and mentoring their teams. These wonderful people are the protectors of the things that make Pret, Pret – keeping standards and spirits high, and our teams and customers happy. When the shop gets busy, so do they; it's what makes them, them - whether it's rolling their sleeves up on the coffee machine (with training, of course) or immersed in the figures and spreadsheets. A people person without a doubt, with a passion for helping their shop, and the people in it grow.

Base Pay Rate:£14.55 - £14.55

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
