Role Overview:

• Potential of 10 hours a week, predominantly weekends
• Ability to reach Ealing studio within 30 minutes is essential
• Self-employed: £12 p/h for Front of House, coaching TBD

Candidate Requirements:

• Newly qualified or seeking to enter the fitness industry, eager to learn and develop skills
• Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness
• Supportive of functional and group training ethos
• Willing to immerse fully into the studio's values
• Proactive, efficient, and organized in studio maintenance and ideas contribution
• Personable, outgoing, and engaging with members
• Team player, capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Willing to be mentored by Level 3 experienced coaches
• Possess Level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications
• Able to work weekends, with optional weekday shifts

Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and create a friendly atmosphere
• Assist with studio tours and member queries
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in communal areas
• Support members' fitness journeys, including body scans
• Participate in coaching development programs
• Shadow experienced coaches and deliver group classes
• Motivate members throughout their training
• Assist management to ensure smooth business operations
