Responsibilities

• Oversee the tills during lunch service, helping with any issues as they come up.
• Support with allergen information, ensuring this is accurate and clearly communicated.
• Help make sure service runs smoothly and customers receive a friendly, efficient experience.
• Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
• Attending meetings and note taking
• Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
• Ordering stationery and supplies when needed
• Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
• Producing reports and presentations
• Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox
