From strategic operational planning to on-the-ground team management, you’ll drive efficiency, engagement, and results.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead resource planning and team management, including rosters, leave, and overtime.

-Champion customer service excellence and liaise regularly with airline clients.
-Manage team welfare issues and work closely with HR on employee relations and performance matters.
