Title: Lead Frontend Engineer (React)

Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum

Location: Belfast (Hybrid 2x PW)

What they're looking for!

They're looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to join their product engineering team and play a key role in shaping the technical direction of their AI-powered platforms. You'll take ownership of building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor others in a collaborative, product-driven environment.

What You'll need:

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Proven expertise in React, or similar frameworks.

• Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Pinia) and component-based architecture.

• Experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Familiarity with performance optimisation, accessibility best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A track record of technical leadership and mentoring.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to backend systems or full-stack development.

• Experience with AI/ML platforms or data-heavy applications.

• Familiarity with secure or regulated industry environments.
