Job summary

NatWest Boxed Limited is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test to help define and refine our testing strategy across customer-focused squads. You will drive automation for backend and frontend components, including ReactNative, and work with product managers, designers and engineers to release high-quality features at pace.

You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, apply BDD practices, and test distributed microservices within an agile environment, ensuring security and performance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with back-end test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with ReactNative and front-end test automation within a CD/CI pipeline.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing techniques & tooling.
• Strong understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience delivering and testing distributed microservices in agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and continually improve testing strategy across products.
• Drive the direction of the testing chapter to maintain high standards of technology and process.
• Develop clean, reusable test code that is easy to maintain.
• Build scalable automated testing systems to enable rapid value delivery to customers.
