Position overview

To meet production targets by managing the production equipment, adhering to health and safety requirements, ensuring PM compliance, improving and securing line efficiency, fault finding, and being responsible for monthly and weekly maintenance tasks.

This role involves shift work, 12-hour shifts, including days, nights and weekend work.

Key responsibilities
  • Health and safety checks, work in a safe manner following the company guidelines
  • Completion of daily and monthly PMs
  • React to breakdowns
  • Problem solving and identifying faults
  • Work within a team, building and sharing knowledge, leading and helping the mechanics when needed
  • Prioritize work to maximise output
  • Communicate with your Team Leader and ensure effective handovers
  • Ensure all quality checks and startup sheets are complete
