Job Description:

Front-End Developer (Sanity CMS is needed) – Digital Business – Remote Working

Remote Working: 100 percent remote

6 month extendable contract.

We are working with a very well known Global / Digital Business who are keen to hire a Front-End Developer with strong Headless CMS experience, ideally Sanity.

Roughly 4-5 years experience.

Mandatory:

• Extensive frontend development experience with TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS
• Good understanding of web performance and Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility
• Comfortable working with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Capable of working in visual editors (VSCode) as well as Bash terminals
• Cares about the user experience and considers non-technical aspects (design, UX, content, etc.)
• Communicates proactively and effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Works collaboratively with design, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Eager to tackle new problems and develop new skills.

Ideally:

• Experience with static site generation frameworks (especially Astro)
• Experience with and full-stack frameworks like [list incomplete]
• Experience with Shopify development
• Familiarity with a headless CMS (especially Sanity)
• Some cloud infrastructure knowledge and infrastructure-as-code (especially AWS & Terraform)
