Front End Developer (Angular)

Location : Australia (Remote or On-site options available)

Contract Type : Full-Time

Clearance : Must be eligible to obtain baseline or NV-1 Government Security Clearance

We are seeking a skilled Angular Developer to join a high-performing team focused on delivering secure, scalable, and efficient web applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical acumen in Angular and NodeJS, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building user-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular, NodeJS, and related technologies.
• Design and implement user-facing features and scalable APIs.
• Ensure applications adhere to secure software lifecycle practices, from development through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Apply industry standards and frameworks to guide development improvements and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, with strong attention to detail.

Mandatory Requirements :

• Citizenship : Must be an Australian citizen.
• Security Clearance : Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline or NV-1 government clearance.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years in front-end development, with hands-on expertise in :

Angular and NodeJS (front-end and back-end integration)

• Agile : Demonstrated experience working within agile methodologies.
• Lifecycle Knowledge : Solid understanding of secure software lifecycle practices.
• Frameworks : Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL or similar.
• Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, effective communicator, and a reliable team player.

Desired Skills & Attributes :

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working within government or public sector environments.
• Understanding of accessibility standards in web development.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
