Our client, an esteemed wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Front End Developer to join their Newcastle team on a permanent basis.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Experience of working with a content delivery network (CDN)
• Ability to learn and understand new technologies
• Analytical skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously
• Professional attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in the following platforms:
• HTML5, CSS, SASS
• JavaScript, jQuery
• Modular JavaScript
• Responsive web development
• Bootstrap and other frameworks
• Version Control
• Knowledge of the .NET MVC pattern desirable
• Experience using .NET Razor beneficial
• Experience using Telerik charts desirable
• Experience with SendGrid email templates beneficial

Core Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the in-house design team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and updating the frontend side of a variety of the firm's in-house sites.
• Take ownership of the CDN which is used, by keeping the styles and content up to date.
