The successful candidate will work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and DevOps teams to build responsive and scalable front-end solutions. This role is suited to developers with solid experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and a keen understanding of front-end performance and security principles, as well as those ready to provide architectural input and mentor junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust, user-centred front-end applications using React or Angular.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Implement accessibility standards, performance optimisation techniques, and responsive design principles.
• Drive the adoption of secure coding practices and front-end architecture standards.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of component libraries and design systems.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure implementation aligns with design intent.
• Lead front-end projects and provide technical direction and mentoring to less experienced developers.
• Support continuous integration and delivery using AWS-native tools such as Amplify and CodePipeline.
