The Job

As a Front End Developer for the Loyalty Squad, you will own the guest experience UI and bring the visual design to life. You will create a seamless guest membership that boosts engagement and drives repeat visits. The ultimate goal is to create products people love.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the end-to-end front-end experience for My Flight Club / My Shuffle Club members.
2. Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
3. Participate in feature design meetings and contribute ideas and insights.
4. Coordinate with Product Manager and Senior Developer on timing and deliverables.
5. Collaborate with the Digital Designer to implement designs into the structure.
6. Contribute to front-end architecture, build systems, and deployment workflows.
7. Present prototypes and work-in-progress builds to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll

1. Be enthusiastic, driven, and meticulous.
2. Have professional experience in a similar role.
3. Produce clean, modular, and maintainable code.
4. Build responsive interfaces.
5. Have strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
6. Be familiar with component-based web frameworks e.g., React, Blazor.
7. Experience building Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
8. Experience working in an agile development environment.
9. Curiosity to experiment with new technologies and methodologies.
10. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
