Job summary

Primo Interactive Limited is seeking a frontend developer to convert Figma designs into fast, accessible HTML/CSS/JS on PHP templates. You will keep Core Web Vitals green and handle performance tests on live sites.

Responsibilities include building accessible forms (Turnstile), maintaining the CSS design system with dark mode, and improving or reworking existing templates when needed.

Qualifications

• At least five years of commercial work in frontend development.
• Live sites you built that can be tested for performance.
• CSS written without a framework and JavaScript without a build step when not needed.
• Accessibility in practice: keyboard, screen reader, contrast, focus.

We do not use page builders, and we measure what we ship. Core Web Vitals, accessibility, dark mode and the weight of every image are part of the job, not an afterthought. Our own site is built this way, and so are our clients'.

You will take designs from Figma to production HTML, CSS and JavaScript, on PHP templates, and you will keep them fast once they are live.

What you will be doing

What you will need

• At least five years of commercial work in this field that you can show us. We promise clients that everyone on their project has that, so it is not negotiable.
• Live sites you built, that we can run through a performance test.
• CSS you write without a framework, and JavaScript you write without a build step when one is not needed.
• Accessibility in practice: keyboard, screen reader, contrast, focus.

• PHP templating, or the willingness to learn it.
• Image pipelines: AVIF, WebP, responsive sources.
