Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good math skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Sound judgement/decision making skills.
• Friendly, approachable/outgoing demeanor/team player.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant working and shopping environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service by demonstrating sincerity, patience and respect in all customer interactions.
• Greet customers and assist them by escorting to products and helping with heavy items.
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues promptly to strengthen loyalty.
• Oversee front-end operations to meet sales, profit and labor goals; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Determine work priorities to maintain front end conditions.
• Ensure prompt checkout and policy adherence by front-end staff.
• Train and coach associates on front-end policies and procedures.
• Communicate pricing discrepancies to the pricing coordinator.
• Provide back-up coverage for the service operations manager.
• Know checkout transactions policies and perform cash/tender procedures.
• Operate equipment (scanner, register, scale, etc.) per company standards.
• Assist with stocking, bagging, cart collection and cleaning.
• Comply with food safety and safety regulations; report unsafe conditions.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
