Job summary

East West Railway Company is seeking a Front End & AI Developer in Milton Keynes to join a hybrid Data Centre of Excellence. You will design modern web interfaces and build AI-enabled applications with enterprise data and Microsoft technologies.

You will work with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Fabric, delivering secure, grounded AI solutions and rich user experiences across multiple platforms. Join a collaborative team to deliver scalable AI-driven dashboards and live insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building, testing and deploying AI agents or AI-enabled applications in a professional environment
• Practical experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or comparable enterprise AI agent platforms
• Experience integrating agents with enterprise data, APIs and business systems
• Understanding of agent architecture and concepts like grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration and prompt design
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data security, monitoring and governance for production AI
• Strong front-end development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Angular
• Interest in creating accessible, user-focused and visually engaging digital experiences
• Knowledge of web app development, APIs, authentication and cloud-based technologies
• Experience with GitHub and collaborative software development practices
• Knowledge of Azure services and integration approaches
• Experience with dashboards, analytics or data-driven applications
• Interest in AWS technologies and developing AWS skills

Responsibilities

• Designing and building modern, responsive web applications and dashboards
• Designing, building, testing and deploying AI agents using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Developing agent workflows using enterprise data, APIs and automation
• Grounding AI solutions in trusted data and Microsoft Fabric/Azure
• Integrating AI agents securely with business systems and Microsoft 365
• Applying responsible AI, security, testing and governance
• Creating intuitive front-end experiences for AI agents and insights
• Delivering dashboards and analytics with enterprise data
• Collaborating with Power Platform specialists for seamless UX
• Evaluating agent quality, grounding, safety and business outcomes
• Supporting adoption of Copilot and producing training materials
• Contributing to agile delivery, code reviews and continuous improvement
• Establishing reusable patterns and development standards for scalable AI delivery
