Are you an experienced worker looking for a low caseload with a role which has a mixture of MASH and Assessments? This is the role for you.
Leaders In Care are looking for an experienced MASH / Assessments Social worker to work within the front door team to ensure that the right service at the right time and the right level is offered to children and young people across the local area.
This role pulls together a MASH and Early help team into one place in order to facilitate safeguarding better.
Maybe you are looking for a slower paced life as this role offers and encourages flexibility to work from home alongside being able to choose the days to come into the office.
