Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting for Early Help Worker positions in Rochdale to join the EHASH team. The roles involve triaging referrals, gathering information, and determining the right response for children and families, with duties including home visits and safeguarding actions.

You will work in a multi-agency environment alongside social workers, Early Help colleagues and partners, ensuring timely support and auditable case records while adhering to safeguarding procedures and DBS

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children, young people and families.
• Experience in multi-agency environments.
• Knowledge of Early Help and family-based assessments.
• Ability to gather and analyse sensitive information.
• Confident with safeguarding procedures and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage referrals and gather information.
• Contact parents, carers and professionals.
• Perform home visits where required.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and make appropriate referrals.
• Maintain accurate case records.
• Support Early Help Assessments and risk assessments.
• Liaise with agencies to ensure effective service provision.
