Job description

Looking for motivated and dependable employee to serve patients at our front desk. This position involves greeting patients, answering and transferring incoming calls to deal with inquiries, registering patients according to established protocols, assisting patients to complete all necessary forms, and maintaining stock of office forms and supplies. Must have a high school diploma, knowledge of medical terminology, administrative and clerical procedures, and relevant software applications. Working knowledge of healthcare insurance is preferred. Previous experience in the Ear, Nose and Throat field is a plus. Looking for someone who is a multi-tasker, self-motivated, and willing to do research.
