Front of House Receptionist – Dental Concierge (Luxury Experience Essential)

We’re looking for individuals with backgrounds in luxury hotels, five-star concierge services, premium retail, or private members clubs to deliver an exceptional client journey and help redefine the modern dental experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly polished, service-obsessed professional to be the first face and voice of our new Manchester clinic – someone who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment where service excellence is a way of life.

You’ll act as the vital link between our clients and clinical team, delivering a seamless and memorable front-of-house experience that reflects the brand’s premium identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients with elegance, warmth, and discretion
  • Managing appointments, phone calls, and emails with meticulous attention to detail
  • Supporting client onboarding, follow-ups, and treatment scheduling
  • Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily flow
  • Delivering a consistently five-star experience throughout the client journey
  • Representing Yorkshire Dental Suite with pride and professionalism

Ideal Background

  • Front Office / Guest Relations in 5* Hotels or Private Members Clubs
  • VIP Client Care in Luxury Retail
  • Concierge or Reception in Luxury Hospitality
  • Private Healthcare or Aesthetic Clinics
  • (Dental experience not required – full training provided)
