  1. GREET AND WELCOME GUESTS WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND WARMTH
  2. HANDLE CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS EFFICIENTLY
  3. PROVIDE OUTSTANDING GUEST SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE STAY
  4. COORDINATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS (HOUSEKEEPING, MAINTENANCE, F&B...)
  5. MANAGE PAYMENTS, INVOICING, AND DAILY REPORTS
  6. SUPPORT OVERALL GUEST SATISFACTION AND UPHOLD OUR QUALITY STANDARDS

PROFILE :

  1. STRONG INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  2. FLUENT IN ENGLISH (FRENCH IS A PLUS)
  3. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL FRONT DESK IS REQUIRED

CONDITIONS :

  1. SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
  2. SHIFTS INCLUDE MORNINGS, EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
