You’ll work 18 hours with shifts that may include mornings, evenings and weekends, ensuring a warm, professional welcome. No prior experience is required; a genuine passion for helping people and a friendly, can-do attitude are valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and assisting with enquiries at the front desk.
• Maintain calm, helpful and friendly demeanour in a fast-moving reception area.
• Greet guests, guide them through their visit and showcase centre facilities.
• Execute DBS checks as part of recruitment process and adhere to safeguarding requirements.
