The Opportunity:
  1. Be the face of Sonder, creating an exceptional first impression for guests and partners.
  2. Guide guests through the Sonder experience using technology and the app.
  3. Communicate proactively with guests, ensuring a seamless stay.
  4. Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving issues and accommodating requests.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest and staff areas.
  6. Support back-of-house operations, including audits, inventory, and minor maintenance.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks to improve guest experience.
Who We Look For
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related roles.
  • Personable, positive, and service-minded.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Reliable smartphone for work; expenses reimbursed.
