Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Process reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally.
