Job summary

Nuffield Health Nottingham gym is seeking a Front of House Team Member to greet members and visitors, delivering friendly customer care and supporting reception and café areas. You will help maintain a welcoming, professional environment and assist with queries in a caring manner.

The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with pay up to £26,706.70 per annum. You should have strong communication, basic Word/Excel skills, and a proactive, flexible attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly customer service.
• Excellent communication skills face-to-face and over the phone.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support the reception and café areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome and answer queries in a caring, helpful way.
• Support the café team with preparing and serving food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo Lifeguard training at site.
