Job summary

SearchApi, LLC is seeking an engineer to design and build proxy infrastructure from the ground up. You will own the core systems, including IP rotation, session management, and intelligent routing, to support residential, mobile, datacenter, and ISP proxy types.

You’ll work on high-performance networking, TCP/UDP tuning, and protocol handling (HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5), with a focus on scale and reliability in a bootstrapped environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building proxy infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong understanding of IP rotation and session management.
• Familiarity with low-level networking and protocols (TCP/UDP, HTTP/SOCKS).

Responsibilities

• Build proxy infrastructure from scratch and not rely on existing solutions.
• Design and implement rotation systems and intelligent routing.
• Manage IP reputation and health across pools and monitor performance.
