Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise proxy server infrastructure and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Clearswift Web Gateways.
• Strong Red Hat Linux: maintenance and patching.
• Proven incident management and fault resolution.
• Experience handling changes via standard processes.
• Knowledge of web access administration.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, administration and operational maintenance of the proxy server estate.
• Manage and resolve approximately incidents, undertaking effective troubleshooting and fault resolution.
• Implement configuration changes, standard changes and operational service requests in line with agreed change processes.
• Complete monthly patching activity, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with maintenance schedules.
• Process web access requests and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requests are progressed accurately and efficiently.
