Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled Consultants and Senior Consultants to join frog Data, due to growth. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLM) development and evaluation, along with extensive experience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, and related sectors. Strong project management and people management skills are also required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Building and evaluating Generative AI solutions and LLMs for various use cases.
2. Developing and implementing machine learning models, including predictive, forecasting, classification, and deep learning models.
3. Working with diverse data sets such as transactional, digital, social, and loyalty data.
4. Using programming languages like Python.
5. Utilizing cloud platforms and data science tools.
6. Presenting data insights using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and develop solutions.
8. Managing projects from planning to delivery of AI/ML solutions.
9. Mentoring and guiding team members.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in primary growth sectors such as Consumer Products & Retail, Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications, or Public Sector.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI development and ethical considerations in AI.
• Interest in latest AI advancements.
