Job summary

Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking a friendly Midday Supervisor for St. Alban's RC High School in Wales. The position is term-time, 2 hours per day, five days a week, overseeing pupils during lunch and supporting positive behaviour.

Qualifications

• Friendly and reliable team member with an interest in working with pupils.
• Ability to work well with staff and pupils and communicate clearly with adults and learners.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding checks and training as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide lunch-time supervision for 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday (term time).
• Support positive pupil behaviour and safety during the lunch period.
• Collaborate with school staff to maintain a calm, orderly dining area and play space.
