Tesco is seeking a Friendly Bakery Associate to join our team in store locations across Hull and East Yorkshire. You’ll greet customers, advise on freshly baked goods, and help create a warm bakery experience as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities include baking and finishing products to high standards, maintaining stock, and handling customer queries with a smile. You’ll contribute to great service and overall store performance, with flexible hours and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers, offering advice on freshly baked products.
• Offer flexible support across Bakery and wider store, including preparing and baking to high standards, maintaining availability, assisting with queries.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key bakery routines from baking to stock management and quality checks.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and store performance.
