Location: Primary School, Basildon
Position: Fridays Only PPA Teacher
Contract Type: Part-time, Fridays only
Salary: £130-£150 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible

Are you a passionate and experienced teacher looking for a flexible role? A warm and welcoming primary school in Basildon is seeking a dedicated Fridays Only PPA Teacher to join their fantastic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and has the skills to make a positive impact on their students. As a PPA Teacher, you will be providing cover for planning, preparation, and assessment time, offering students a stimulating and engaging learning experience. This will be to cover from Reception up to Year 5.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring engaging, inclusive, and varied teaching
2. Work closely with the class teachers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in learning
3. Support the development of students' academic and social growth
4. Ensure that all pupils are treated fairly, with respect, and given equal opportunities to succeed

We are looking for someone who:

1. Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
2. Has experience working in a primary school setting
3. Is passionate about teaching and able to motivate and inspire students
4. Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
5. Is adaptable and willing to work as part of a collaborative team
