Job summary

Hest Bank Dental Practice in Lancaster is seeking a GDC-registered Dental Hygienist for a regular Friday slot. You’ll take over an established patient list and work with Denplan members, with a dental nurse supporting you at all times.

Deliver preventative and periodontal care, educate patients on home care, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience. Curadont treatment training will be provided as part of your development.

Qualifications

• GDC-registered dental hygienist with a focus on preventative care.
• Experience managing an established patient list including Denplan members.
• Willingness to undertake Curadont training.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive hygiene treatments and supporting patients with ongoing oral health.
• Managing an established patient list including Denplan members.
• Delivering preventative advice and oral hygiene education to improve home-care routines.
• Carrying out Curadont treatments, with training provided and completion of requirements once trained.
