Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Scotland is looking for Production Operatives to join our fresh produce facility. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.

You will staff production lines, perform quality checks on incoming produce, grade and size items, and prepare produce by hand across Core, Prep and Ready to Eat areas. Training covers TROPOS use, Transferrer with MHE, weighing, labeling and packing.

Qualifications

• No prior food processing experience required; full training will be provided.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Basic understanding of English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Staff production lines.
• Quality control of incoming fresh produce.
• Grading and sizing produce.
• Preparing produce by hand.
• Work in Core, Prep and Ready to Eat areas.
• Weighing, labeling, packing.
• Other duties after training, TROPOS use, Transferrer with MHE and safe chemical usage.
