Job summary

Asda in Reading is seeking a Fresh Manager to steer the day-to-day running of the Fresh department, delivering best availability and high shop floor standards through excellent execution and compliance with waste and date codes. You will lead the shrink agenda, drive standards and take action on opportunities.

You’ll need experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in retail, with knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.

Qualifications

• Planning and executing all trading activity on the shopfloor.
• Engaging and coaching your team to improve routine and process.
• Drive store selling by landing promotions to brief.
• Developing and supporting the team; building resilience.
