• Put customers first: deliver friendly, helpful service that highlights the fresh bakery products we offer every shift.
• Prepare quality baked goods: bake and prepare a wide range of breads, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products to company specification.
• Maintain vibrant displays: keep fresh, attractive bakery displays fully stocked throughout the trading day to ensure product availability.
• Keep operations safe and smooth: operate bakery equipment safely, maintain high health and safety standards, and support other fresh counters when needed.
