Are you a passionate French Teacher who wants to help students develop their confidence in languages? A secondary school in Lancashire is looking for a committed MFL specialist to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This position offers the opportunity to teach French to students with a range of abilities and levels of prior experience. You will deliver engaging lessons that develop students' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, while also introducing them to the culture and traditions of French-speaking countries.

At Key Stage 3, you will help students establish a strong foundation in vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. At GCSE, you will build on these skills and prepare students for the demands of the examination course.

The school would particularly welcome a teacher who is confident creating opportunities for students to use French naturally during lessons rather than relying solely on written exercises. You will also monitor student progress and provide appropriate intervention and support where required.
