Job summary

Les Petites Etoiles - Bilingual Montessori in Paddington is seeking a French Teacher for Early Years in our nursery. This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £25,115 and progression with qualifications.

You will teach French through play, support daily routines, and help prepare activities while collaborating with the team to provide a nurturing, multilingual environment for children.

Qualifications

• French as mother tongue and ability to teach French to young children.

• Competent IT skills (Word, email).

We have a position for a French Teacher for Early Years in our nursery in Paddington.

This is a permanent position, full-time 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: starting from £25,115, depending on Qualification

Paid holidays: 5 -7 weeks per year, depending on Qualification

If you are not qualified in Early Years, we can support your studies.

French Teacher Role

• Teaching French through play and activities to the children.
• Assisting with all daily routines, supervising the children in their daily activities, helping to organise and prepare activities and materials
• Supporting the children with their personal care routines.
• Supporting the Key Person with duties that must be carried out throughout the day.

Desirable Experience

• at least one year experience in childcare, prefereble in a nursery setting.

Study Requirement

• Unqualified candidates will be required to undertake an Early Years qualification recognised by OFSTED (Level 3) after successfull probation period. We will pay for this qualification.
