French Teacher

French Teacher required in Leeds, £162.31 - £223.63 per day

We have a part-time, 3-day-per-week long-term French Teacher vacancy starting in September 2025 at a popular school near Huddersfield. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious team; working 3 days per week, initially on an ongoing basis until Christmas, with potential for extension.

French Teacher responsibilities and duties

The school is committed to establishing first-class standards. We seek Secondary French Teachers who offer high levels of enthusiasm and motivation, capable of engaging and inspiring pupils in KS3 & KS4 French. You will work across both key stages with students of all abilities.

Every student is cared for, supported, and challenged to reach their potential. The school is improving strongly, with supportive and effective leadership in place.

Teachers of all experience levels, including ECTs, will be considered for the role.

To be considered for the French Teacher role, you should have:

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent, QTS).
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with staff and students.
• Strong subject knowledge of the French curriculum.
