  • Utilize a range of innovative and interactive teaching methods to develop students' fluency and confidence in all four language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
  • Assess student progress, set challenging targets, and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys.
  • Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and resources, ensuring it remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with the latest pedagogical approaches.
  • Participate actively in the department's extracurricular activities, including language clubs, trips, and events.
