Tradewind are recruiting! Are you looking for your next role teaching French (Part Time) in a school located in Tower Hamlets?

Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful secondary school in Tower Hamlets, currently seeking a passionate and committed Part-Time French Teacher to join their MFL department from September 2025. Experience teaching Spanish would be an advantage, though not essential.

This exciting opportunity is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), looking to develop their teaching career in a thriving and supportive learning environment.

Job Role Requirements - French Teacher (Part-Time)
Teach French to Key Stage 3 & 4
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to a diverse cohort of learners
Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring high standards are maintained
Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and enrichment opportunities
Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise achievement in Modern Foreign Languages

Qualifications & Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Degree in French or a related subject
Strong subject knowledge of French language and culture
Ability to inspire and motivate students across KS3 and KS4
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Willingness to contribute to the wider school life
Spanish teaching experience is desirable but not essential
