An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic French teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking Modern Foreign Languages department in a secondary school based in Henlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality French lessons, raising attainment, and contributing to the development of the subject across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated French lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Plan, assess and track student progress to ensure high standards of achievement.
Contribute to the development of schemes of work and learning resources.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and improve teaching and learning.
Monitor and support the academic progress of students, implementing interventions where necessary.
Support the wider school community through form tutoring, parent communication, and attendance at school events.
Uphold school policies and actively contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
