An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic French teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking Modern Foreign Languages department in a secondary school based in Henlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality French lessons, raising attainment, and contributing to the development of the subject across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated French lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

• Plan, assess and track student progress to ensure high standards of achievement.

• Contribute to the development of schemes of work and learning resources.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and improve teaching and learning.

• Monitor and support the academic progress of students, implementing interventions where necessary.

• Support the wider school community through form tutoring, parent communication, and attendance at school events.

• Uphold school policies and actively contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
