We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Teacher of French to join a good school in the Dudley area. The school is an 11-18 institution with a stable and supportive Modern Foreign Languages department, comprising experienced staff dedicated to providing an excellent languages curriculum to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and deliver creative and engaging French lessons at KS3/KS4.
  2. Inspire students to develop a love for languages and achieve their full potential.
  3. Work cross-curriculum to promote languages and cultural understanding throughout the school.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues within and outside the department to integrate language learning into the wider curriculum.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
  6. Uphold the school's values and contribute positively to the school community.

Requirements:

  • A recognised teaching qualification with a specialism in French.
  • Proficiency in French up to KS4.
  • Passion for languages and a commitment to inspiring students.
  • Ability to design creative and motivating lessons.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
