Job description

MFL Teacher Required for a Central Birmingham School

Key Stage 3 and 4

Start Date: September 2025

An MFL Teacher is needed for a mainstream school in Birmingham. The school maintains high expectations combined with outstanding teaching, inspiring students to be aspirational and determined to succeed.

This full-time role begins ASAP and involves teaching French across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your role is to help students achieve excellent results in MFL while maintaining high teaching standards and a positive, enthusiastic approach.

Newly Qualified Teachers are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
  • QTS with MFL specialism
  • Experience teaching French up to KS4
  • Good classroom management skills
  • Ability to fulfill all aspects of a full teaching role
  • A desire to make a positive difference to pupils
  • Instructors and educators working towards QTLS are also encouraged to apply

The position may extend for the rest of the academic year for the right candidate.
